Adding a 4th Heading Style To Your Squarespace Website

Squarespace 7.0 provides three heading options and one body text option. Do you ever feel like you need another option when choosing a heading style for your Squarespace website?

On my website, you may have noticed that I have 4 heading options.

  • Heading 1 is only used once on the page as the main page title.

  • Heading 2 is used as headings for subpages or sections.

  • Heading 3 is used to emphasize points within a page.

  • Heading 4 is used when I want Heading 3 but don't want the colour.

This video show you how to add a 4th heading option of your own. I have provided the code used in the video below.

The following code is used in the video.

h4 {
  font-family: 'Brandon Grotesque', sans-serif;
  font-weight: 700;
  font-size: 30px;
  letter-spacing: 0.25em;
  text-transform: uppercase;
  line-height: 2.2em;
  color: hsl(180, 92%, 35%);
  text-align: center;
}
